Qualifications

  • Strong safety and training competencies relevant to aviation standards.
  • Flexibility to work from different stations as required.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Proficient in IT and administrative systems.
  • Consistent time keeping and adherence to attendance policies.
  • GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths necessary.
  • Possession of formal training qualifications, ideally AET and CIN.
  • A background in aviation operations and ground services is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee mandatory training and compliance for employees.
  • Based at Birmingham airport with occasional station travel.
  • Work flexible hours to meet training needs, including nights if necessary.
  • Deliver training that complies with industry standards and regulations.
  • Administer the Learning Management System and maintain reports.
  • Conduct audits to ensure effective training adherence.
