Job summary

Consultora Excelsior in London is seeking multiple full-time security officers to start immediately. Roles include day, night, and weekend shifts with a joining bonus and weekly pay. 45–60 hours per week are guaranteed, with day shifts paid at £19.50 per hour, night shifts at £22.50 per hour, and weekends at £25.50 per hour.

A £3,000 joining bonus is paid in December, with permanent work offered. We offer weekly payments every Friday and a range of security duties including patrols, surveillance

Qualifications

• Experience as a security officer or similar role.
• Ability to patrol buildings and manage access.
• Familiarity with CCTV and security systems.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing buildings, perimeters and access points.
• Monitoring CCTV and security systems to identify threats.
• Controlling access by checking IDs and logging entrances/exits.
• Responding to alarms and incidents with appropriate actions.
• Enforcing security procedures and managing disturbances.
• Preparing incident reports and communicating irregularities.

Job description

We are looking for a number of full time security officers to start work in London ASAP

• £3000 joining bonus paid in December .
• Permanent work offered.
• Day , night and weekend shifts available
• You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends
• Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £19.50 hour
• Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour
• Weekends and overtime paid at £25.50 hour
• We pay weekly every Friday.
• 45-60 hours per week guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
• Controlling Access: Checking identification, logging entries and exits, and regulating access to restricted areas.
• Responding to Incidents: Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking appropriate action to address safety or security concerns.
• Enforcing Regulations: Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
