Job summary

Consultora Excelsior is seeking multiple full-time security officers for London Heathrow Airport Terminals 2 & 5. Permanent positions with day, night and weekend shifts available; you can choose to work days or nights plus weekends.

Day shifts are 8am–6pm or 8am–8pm (£19.50/hour); night shifts 8pm–8am (£22.50/hour); weekends/overtime £25.50/hour. Weekly pay every Friday. 45–60 hours per week guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Observational skills to notice potential threats or suspicious activity.
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, for reporting and interaction.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions.
• Ability to de-escalate tense situations and find peaceful solutions.
• Familiarity with security equipment, surveillance systems, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to patrol, stand for extended periods, and handle physical situations.
• Maintain a calm, courteous and reassuring presence.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing: Regularly inspect buildings, perimeters and access points to ensure security.
• Monitoring surveillance systems: Observe CCTV and other security systems to identify threats.
• Controlling access: Check IDs, log entries/exits, regulate access to restricted areas.
• Responding to incidents: Investigate alarms, handle emergencies, take appropriate action.
• Enforcing regulations: Ensure compliance with security policies and resolve disturbances.
• Reporting and documentation: Maintain logs and incident reports; communicate irregularities.

We are looking for a number of full time security officers to start work AT London Heathrow Airport Terminals 2 & 5.
