Job summary

TEKEVER UK is seeking a junior Regulations Associate to support the Regulations & Safety team in maintaining aviation regulatory compliance and securing approvals for uncrewed aircraft operations. This entry-level role offers exposure to regulatory frameworks, Safety Management Systems, and operational approvals in a defence aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT literacy and MS Office familiarity.
• Organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of safety-management or regulatory concepts; exposure to CAA/MAA/ICAO desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring and recording regulatory requirements (CAA, MAA, international).
• Support submission of SORA applications for UAS operations.
• Support Ofcom radio licence applications for communications/data links.
• Help prepare and maintain documentation for Operational Authorisations and approvals.
• Update flight operations manuals and checklists for regulatory/procedural changes.
• Draft and issue notifications to crew about changes to procedures or regulations.
• Maintain safety registers under supervision.
• Assist with hazard identification and basic risk assessments.
• Support SMS database and records management.
• Assist incident/occurrence reporting with data capture and summaries.
