Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Ramp Agent at Belfast City Airport to efficiently load, unload, marshal, and service aircraft while ensuring safety and security procedures. The role requires full flexibility for shifts across Monday to Sunday, with a minimum 25 hours per week and a need to be fully flexible.

A manual UK driving licence is mandatory. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling baggage and cargo, operating ground service equipment, and delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates with safe positioning.
• Operate ground service equipment (tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts) safely.
• Perform aircraft servicing tasks including cabin cleaning and water replenishment.
• Follow safety procedures and aircraft marshalling signals.
• Provide customer service to passengers and airline partners.
