Job summary

Leading Edge Aviation in Oxford is seeking a hands-on Ramp Assistant to support our Operations Team. You’ll help ensure aircraft are flight ready and equipment is prepared in a busy airport environment.

This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week across a 7-day operation. A UK driving licence and a strong commitment to safety are essential; the role offers a supportive, energetic aviation community and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence required
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Willingness to work shift patterns including weekends
• Manual handling ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Refuel and oil aircraft to required levels
• Clean aircraft interiors and exteriors for flight readiness
• Move aircraft on the apron and in/out of hangar
• Maintain hangar cleanliness and safety checks
• Carry out de-icing duties as required
• Support Operations team and escort visitors airside
• Demonstrate and uphold company values in all actions
