Job summary

Pioneer Aero Supply is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure the precision and accuracy of our inventory. Your core duties include receiving and inspecting 10–20 daily packages, verifying parts against documentation and trace paperwork, and overseeing packing protocols and image capture for inbound and outbound shipments.

You will work with the team to manage daily workloads, use Google Workspace and Salesforce for data entry and reporting, and coordinate pickups with FedEx and DHL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in quality inspection preferred.
• Familiarity with aircraft parts and associated trace documentation is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 25kg.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect 10-20 daily packages from carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Perform meticulous inspections of aircraft parts to validate correct serial numbers and review trace paperwork.
• Verify parts against documentation and condition specifications; oversee packaging protocols and image capture.
