Job summary

Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) Ltd seeks a Quality Engineer to assure QA and compliance for the Apache AH-64E platform at Middle Wallop, UK. You will help maintain regulatory approvals, audit readiness, and the QMS certified to AS9110C/AS9100D with ISO accreditations.

You will join the Vertical Lift Quality Team, report to the Apache Quality Lead, and travel across the UK as required; UK SC clearance is a must.

Qualifications

• Ability to gain UK SC clearance.
• Experience in aviation quality within a regulated aerospace maintenance environment.
• Auditing skills with experience executing audit schedules against formal aviation standards.
• Willingness to travel to various UK sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QMS assurance through active engagement with aircraft maintenance functions.
• Conduct internal audits supporting the audit schedule for MRP Part 145 and AS9110/AS9100.
• Assist with audit preparation alongside QA Manager/Lead for external quality audits.
• Formulate compliance responses and corrective actions after audit findings.
• Maintain regulatory approvals by monitoring compliance with standards.
