Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven background in AQP and understanding of quality tools and techniques.
• QMS implementation and auditing to aerospace standards.
• Excellent root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Competencies across software, mechanical, electrical, systems or composites.
• Familiar with AS9100/AS9110, Part 21 (G), Part 145 and DAOS.
• Knowledgeable in AS9145, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA and Cont Plans.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Issues for all allocated IPTs.
• Support quality requirements through Gates 1-5.
• Provide AQP skills to IPT teams to ensure plans are created and followed.
• Investigate quality failures and conduct RCCA to reduce recurrence.
• Support QMS compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist inspection and sign-off of products prior to despatch.
