Job Title:Aviation Materials Planner

Job Type:Full-time (Day shifts OR Mon-Fri working available)

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Planner to join our client expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of materials within the organization, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires strong decision-making skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of commercial and customs processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ERP systems to manage and track inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to ensure rapid response and resolution.
  • Handle import and export air waybills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Maintain awareness of hazardous shipment protocols and ensure all shipments comply with safety standards.
  • Make informed decisions regarding material requirements and logistics, demonstrating confident communication skills.
  • Exhibit strong commercial acumen to optimize costs and improve efficiency in material planning.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in materials planning or demand planningrelated fields.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
