Job summary

RAF Brize Norton is seeking a Material Inventory Controller to support aircraft maintenance and flying programmes. The role covers stock control, warehouse operations and documentation for aircraft parts, ensuring accurate receiving, storage and dispatch in line with airworthiness requirements.

You will work within the Logistics and Warehouse team, using SAP and Excel, with potential forklift experience and night shifts. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Material Support, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Stores or Warehouse Operations.
• Good IT skills and experience using warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Processing material orders, movements and warehouse transactions.
• Receiving, unloading and handling aircraft components.
• Picking, packing and preparing materials for dispatch.
• Updating stock movements and transactions in SAP.
• Ensuring paperwork and documentation are accurate and linked to parts.
• Maintaining stock locations and carrying out inventory checks.
• Supporting inbound, outbound and repair warehouse activities.
