Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Chesterfield is looking for an experienced A/P Mechanic. You will be responsible for performing inspections and maintenance on aircraft, managing tools, and assisting in ground support. The ideal candidate should have at least five years' experience and an Airframe and Powerplant License. This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization.

Job description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Perform inspections required by the manufacturers of engines, airframes, and components.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Repair flight discrepancies.
  • Complete the necessary documents for maintenance performed.
  • Maintain control of company tools and their storage.
  • Assist ground support as required in ground towing and storage of company aircraft.
  • Complete training modules as required.
  • Follow company policies.

  • You provide timely, analysis and executive summaries to multiple layers of leadership across the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Five years' experience as an A/P Mechanic
  • Open to working B shift
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role
