Job summary

British Airways in the United Kingdom seeks a Global Learning Academy Trainer to help shape the capability of our people and the airline’s future performance. This uniformed, shift-based role includes weekends and may involve travel, on ground and in the air, delivering engaging training across programmes.

You’ll design and deliver sessions, coach learners, record activity, and collaborate with programme owners to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training across multiple subject areas or programmes.
• Confident delivering both in-person and virtual training.
• IT literate and comfortable presenting learning materials using a range of systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of training programmes, ensuring sessions are engaging and learning outcomes are achieved.
• Adapt delivery style to suit different audiences and learning needs.
• Provide coaching, feedback and follow-up support to learners and manage attendance.
• Prepare training materials and environments ahead of delivery in line with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Record learning and assessment activity and contribute to continuous improvement.
