Job summary

Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks experienced aviation engineers to transition into a classroom instructor role, delivering theory and practical Part 66 training across Europe’s leading maintenance organisations.

You will move from hands-on engineering to a structured training environment, mentoring and transferring knowledge while maintaining your technical edge. This full-time, permanent role requires leadership, IT literacy and a driving licence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience
  • Comfortable delivering training and engaging groups
  • Able to pass enhanced DBS
  • Aviation maintenance qualification
  • Ideally an instructional qualification (training can be provided)

The Role

You’ll move from hands-on engineering into a structured training environment, delivering both theoretical and practical instruction.

What You’ll Be Doing
