Job summary

En Route International is seeking a Research & Insight Executive to design and deliver quantitative research, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

You will work with the Head of Customer Strategy, Insight and Intelligence to grow capability, handle primary and secondary research projects, and contribute to ongoing development of the function with opportunities to manage projects over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantitative research and survey design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
• Comfortable working with Excel and large data sets.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage online surveys using approved research platforms.
• Support the delivery of primary research projects aligned to business priorities.
• Analyze research data and identify key findings, trends and implications.
• Create charts, visuals and slides to support insight communication.
• Support the development of insight outputs that identify commercial opportunities.
