Goodman Masson is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the aviation sector in London. The role supports operations and partners with directors and board-level stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate financial information for strategic decisions.

You will produce analytical reporting, forecasts, budgets, and medium-term plans, while driving insights to enhance performance and profitability. Aviation experience is a plus as the company grows.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with business partnering background.
• Aviation experience would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce periodic analytical reporting to meet business area requirements.
• Complete forecasts, budgets, and medium-term plans for cost base and capex.
• Provide insight-driven analysis to improve performance and budgeting.
• Challenge cost performance with data-backed insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability through sound analysis.
• Collaborate to develop robust business cases for change or investment.
