Job summary

Boeing Welwyn Garden City site is seeking an Electrical/Avionics, Mechanical, or Structural engineer to support our airline customers as a Support Engineering Data Intern. You'll help create and maintain maintenance, retrofit and repair information using automated research tools and authoring systems, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship offered.
• Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying requirements efficiently.
• Solid IT and communications skills.
• Knowledge/experience of aircraft maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing technical requirements to determine project scope and deliverables.
• Assist with collection, research and analysis of source data.
• Research and evaluate engineering source data and specifications.
• Develop or maintain technical publication elements for maintenance, retrofit and repair.
• Coordinate preparation of illustrative materials.
• Coordinate engineering requirements, schedule and status with stakeholders.
• Conduct quality and in-process reviews including validation of technical publications.
