Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing electronic issues with aviation headsets, leads, and adaptors.
• Learn and support the new build process for aviation equipment, including assembling and testing components.
• Develop basic soldering skills under supervision, practicing precision soldering techniques and adhering to safety protocols.
• Gain familiarity with technician drawings and schematics, learning to interpret technical specifications.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, assisting with inspections and testing to meet manufacturer specs.
• Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance activities, documenting work performed, parts used and testing results.
• Assist with general workshop duties, including equipment maintenance, inventory management and keeping a clean work area.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
