Role Description

This is a full-time, role both on site and work from home for an Aviation Compliance Manager located in UK with frequent on site work at Glasgow. The Aviation Compliance Manager will oversee and ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and standards. Daily tasks include conducting regular audits, updating compliance documents, training staff on regulatory requirements, and liaising with aviation authorities. The role requires strong leadership to maintain and improve compliance processes within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations and standards, including auditing experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage compliance processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for regulatory liaison and staff training
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing complex compliance documentation
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in Aviation QMS & SMS, Aviation Safety, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an aviation compliance role is preferred
