Bostonair Group Limited is seeking a motivated Compliance Apprentice to join our Compliance team in Beverley. You will learn from experienced professionals and gain practical experience in auditing, regulatory compliance, investigation support, and continuous improvement within a regulated aircraft maintenance environment.

The programme covers aviation regulations, records management, and supporting risk-based audits, with a view to future permanent opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• GCSE English at least grade 4.
• GCSE Maths at least grade 4.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of the Compliance Monitoring System.
• Assist with internal audits across maintenance, workshops, stores and support departments.
• Record audit findings, observations and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor corrective actions and support follow-up activities.
• Maintain annual audit programmes and schedules.
• Review aviation regulations and regulatory changes.
• Ensure procedures remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidential compliance records and documentation.
• Update monitoring databases and document control systems.
• Support investigations into audit findings and quality events.
