Job summary

Menzies Aviation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cargo Logistics Operator to manage ULDs in line with airline standards and company procedures. You will liaise with ULD suppliers and airlines to maintain stock levels and report any damage or repatriation needs.

Other duties include coordinating with CSMs for pallet preparation, performing regular stock counts, and upholding safety, security and compliance policies. A background in cargo operations and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift license desirable (refresher/training will be given to successful applicant).
• Must have AVSEC Security level CO certification or higher.
• Must have extensive cargo experience.
• Must have excellent practical knowledge of computer systems including MACH.
• Ability to plan and prioritize effectively is imperative.

Responsibilities

• ULD management in line with Menzies and Airline standards and requirements.
• Liaise with ULD suppliers and Airlines to maintain ULD stocks.
• Reporting ULD damage and repatriation of damaged ULD's.
• Liaise with CSM's for pallet stack preparation for repatriation.
• Perform stock count when required.
