Job summary

Ryanair is seeking an experienced planner to manage airworthiness review schedules, ensuring ARCs are renewed ahead of expiration and that planning trackers provide clear visibility of reviews, resources and deadlines.

You will coordinate ARS for documentation reviews and inspections, arrange travel for staff, and maintain regulatory compliance documentation across CAMO and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, logistics or operations within a regulated environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations (e.g., Part-M, Part-CAMO) is a strong asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and complex schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and SharePoint; AMOS experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate review schedules for aircraft ARCs, ensuring timely renewals and planning trackers.
• Align resources by scheduling Airworthiness Review Staff (ARS) for documentation reviews and inspections.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for staff to facilities and manage technical records for reviews.
• Maintain accurate databases of airworthiness status and findings, ensuring documentation compliance.
