Avaloq Architect

Locations: London, Edinburgh, Luxembourg or Berlin

Salary: Circa £100,000/€100,000 (Luxembourg could be higher)

Role Overview

Be involved in new and innovative implementations, working at the forefront of Avaloq technologies.

You understand the Avaloq platform, business processes, and technicalities. Instead of focusing solely on billability, your expertise will be utilized at a higher project level.

Your Challenge

You will work on diverse new implementation projects and the deployment of new features, adopting a holistic approach. Collaborate with internal teams, provide analysis and definitions, and coordinate teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Working with a team of 7 senior and expert Avaloq Architects, you’ll support C-level stakeholders at banks to meet their requirements.

You’ll consult with clients, prepare solution documents, define product specifications, and determine how requirements can be implemented, leveraging team skills to develop solutions.

This Europe-based team manages new clients and existing clients implementing or enhancing their Avaloq systems. You will be involved in solutioning, implementing new technologies, and supporting other teams in new technical vendor partnerships. You can be based in London, Edinburgh, Luxembourg, or Berlin, working three days a week in the office.

Your work will have a significant impact on Avaloq’s clients and project pipeline, with recognition both internally and across your client base.

About You

You are an energetic, multi-disciplinary Avaloq expert eager to explore new areas.

You have a proven track record of end-to-end delivery and technical leadership across multiple projects.

You are familiar with integration patterns for third-party systems, including interfaces, AMI, and community APIs.

You could be a senior Avaloq developer with project leadership experience or an existing architect from another company.
