Hi, I’m Naeem, the founder of Avalanche, a growing lead generation agency based just outside of Birmingham, UK. What we do is simple, but powerful.
We help companies grow through smart, tailored outbound marketing strategies. We’re big on trust, clear communication, and delivering real results.
Right now, we’re a tight-knit team - just me and a campaign builder in the Philippines - but we’re scaling quickly and have more demand than we can handle.
I’ve been doing all the client management myself, on top of running the business, and it’s time to bring in someone who can really own our client relationships.
If you love making clients happy, keeping things organised, and being part of a business that’s going places, you’ll feel right at home here!
We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s confident, organised, and passionate about helping clients succeed.
You’ll be the friendly and reliable face of our agency, managing relationships and making sure our clients stick around for the long run.
In this role, you will:
Act as the main point of contact for our clients - respond quickly and professionally to all requests
Run client onboarding and guide new clients through our process
Schedule and lead monthly strategy calls, including agendas and follow-ups
Keep clients focused on their GTM strategy with helpful reminders and nudges
Build strong client relationships and become their go-to contact
Review campaign performance and present reports with useful insights
Coordinate with the internal team to make sure everything runs on time
Spot upsell opportunities and support client growth
Track client retention, satisfaction, and growth KPIs
You’ll be a great fit if you're a naturally positive person who makes people feel good about working with us. You enjoy being the first point of contact and take ownership of relationships. You’re hands-on, commercially minded, and driven by results - but you also really care about the people you work with. You’re organised, curious, and always learning.
Working Hours : You’ll be working full-time on UK hours, with some flexibility if you’re based in South Africa or a nearby time zone. Ideally from 8am to 5pm UK time or 9am to 6pm UK time.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
3+ years of experience as an Account Manager within a marketing agency or similar environment.
Hands-on experience with outbound marketing, lead generation, or business development strategies
Strong track record in client-facing roles, including leading strategic discussions and setting campaign expectations
Strong communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional.
Organised and great at managing your time
Confident in meetings and presenting data
Skilled at juggling multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive problem-solver who tackles issues early
Independent, reliable, and truly cares about helping others
Brownie points for:
Experience with outbound marketing (cold email, LinkedIn outreach)
Familiar with remote agency work
Know your way around CRMs, campaign tools, or project management software
Commercially savvy - you understand what matters to business owners
What’s in it for you?
Salary : £2000 – £2500 per month
Full-time : Fully remote role
️ Paid Time Off : 20 days paid holiday + bank holidays
Sick Days : 5 paid days per year.
*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
