Responsibilities

• Install, configure, operate, disassemble and troubleshoot AV equipment.
• Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in ballroom and function rooms.
• Understand event orders’ AV requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain AV inventory and ensure all equipment are functional.

Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in ballroom, function rooms and meeting rooms

Understand event orders’ AV requirements and propose tailored solutions

Provide supports and solutions for ad-hoc requests that may not been specified in event orders

Maintain AV inventory ensure all AV equipment are clean, functional and sorted accordingly

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of Hotel AV experience or equivalent related experience
• Relevant certificate/professional qualification will be an advantage
• Green Card Holder
• Detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
• Independent and work as a team player
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Work on night shift, weekends and/or holiday may be required
