A leading audio-visual solutions provider in London is seeking an AV Technician to provide technical support across meeting rooms. The role includes L3 incident management and assistance with AV/VC setups. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AV technologies, particularly with systems like Creston and Cisco, along with excellent customer service skills. This position offers a full-time, permanent contract with competitive salary and benefits.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits
Interview Process: 2 stage (Virtual and Face-to-face)
Hours: Monday - Friday: 40 hours per week operating on a shift basis between 7am - 7pm
