Overview
Working with the wider IT Department and other members of the business to ensure that all AV equipment is maintained to a high standard and all meetings/events (both client related and internal) run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage daily meeting requests via EMS room booking software.
- Setting up and managing meeting room equipment such as projectors, screens, laptops including the setup of video conferences as required.
- Clearing meeting rooms of equipment and storing correctly.
- Supervision of meetings and events as required including but not limited to assisting with the setting up and supporting of presentations/ training events/ client events/ internal events.
- Attending and remaining on site for important events; specifically high profile video conferences until the event has concluded. Overtime will be paid where necessary.
- Proactively training and supporting end users, prepare and keep updated any relevant documentation for the purpose of training and guidance.
- Providing support on an individual basis to users at all levels of seniority on audio visual and video conferencing equipment, connectivity and applications where appropriate.
- Carrying out daily room checks and ad hoc testing of all equipment, logging any faults on ServiceNow call management system.
- Testing and maintaining all equipment including updating hardware, firmware and software in a controlled and consistent manner aligning to the IT change enablement process.
- Testing, checking and ensuring equipment is in operable condition prior to any meeting or presentation.
- Installation and commissioning of IT/AV equipment as required.
- Maintain all AV assets.
- Working with global offices to provide AV support across time zones, from time to time this may require working beyond core hours.
- Management of AV call logging system, raising, updating and closing tickets.
- Live recording and post production of high profile meetings.
- Management of all OneLan digital signage content.
- Be fully competent with the use of end user video conferencing, recording and streaming equipment with emphasis on the full range of VC products.
- A strong operational and technical knowledge of Event Support, Video and Audio Conferencing, Audio Visual systems and their related technical fundamentals.
- Strong AV experience in a professional services environment, including running the AV for events where there may be a variety of technologies involved throughout the event.

- Experience of video editing / post production an advantage.
- AV Industry related qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience using QSC Designer an advantage
- Experience using Shure Designer - System Configuration Software and advantage
- Experience using Crestron Toolbox Software and advantage
- Previous experience working in the legal sector an advantage.
