As Regional Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the EMEA team in its day-to-day operations. This includes but is not limited to: Conducting onboarding, offboarding, and training for all technicians. Communicating and partnering with other teams regarding existing and upcoming projects and directing the team as necessary. Act as a team liaison for all employee needs from an HR perspective. Manage all equipment and vendor purchase requests for break fix and projects. Works with the leadership team to maintain all dashboarding, metrics, and reporting.
Works with SDM and Client to establish future headcount and service demands. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members and host weekly team meetings. Actively works to develop client relationships and explore team/service growth opportunities. Ability to scope new projects and provide high level consultation of partner asks and delegates accordingly. Responsible for collaborating with other Regional Supervisors and leadership to deliver a robust governance platform with adequate dashboards and data. Responsible for overall service governance in the region and maintaining all Service Level Agreements.
