SCC is seeking an AV Commissioning Engineer to join the Installation team in East Midlands. The role focuses on commissioning installed AV equipment, including control of video and audio systems, with strong programming and project leadership requirements.

You will work with clients, project managers, and colleagues to deliver high-quality AV solutions and successful project outcomes. The role offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary, a broad benefits scheme, and hybrid working

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• CTS and commissioning qualifications for Crestron, Extron, QSC, and AMX.
• Proven track record in Audio Visual installations, maintenance and operation.
• Experience with large-scale AV projects and integrated systems.
• Ability to work with corporate and government clients in multi-discipline teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Flexibility to work weekends and out of hours.

Mansioni

• On-site commissioning and configuration of AV systems.
• Off-site testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers and team members.
• Provide technical support for installed systems.
• Ensure compliance with SCC standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with 3rd-parties and internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain project documentation such as AIS and commissioning docs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
