Job summary

Neon Talent Solutions is seeking a Technical Commercial Audio-Visual Installations Sales Engineer to join our Projects team on a full-time, permanent basis. This home-based role covers the M5 Corridor with regional travel across Devon, Somerset, Bristol, and surrounding areas.

You’ll blend hands-on AV installation know-how with commercial delivery: pricing, solution design, tender support, and project delivery from enquiry to completion.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AV/technical installation background in commercial projects.
• Experience in client meetings, site surveys, and solution design.
• Ability to quote, estimate, and price projects and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop project opportunities.
• Carry out client meetings and technical site surveys.
• Develop solutions and prepare quotations/proposals.
• Support tenders and secure new work.
• Manage projects from sale through to completion.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Prepare RAMS, programmes and project documentation.
• Ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business.
