Our client is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager responsible for ensuring every solution is delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting technical and commercial standards. Acting as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will balance schedule, scope, quality, and risk.

Duties:

1. Work with Sales Engineering to define scope, deliverables, success criteria, and baseline budgets.
2. Coordinate design, procurement, build, configuration, and on-site installation teams.
3. Manage third-party suppliers, logistics, and international freight when required.
4. Identify, log, and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers and contingency plans.
5. Oversee FAT, SAT, UAT, and snag rectification; ensure all solutions meet CTS/IEC/BS EN standards.
6. Compile O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and training plans.

Experience:

1. Experience managing AV / ICT / construction projects ranging from £50k to £2 million.
2. Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects internationally.
3. Understanding of AV signal flow, IP networking, and room-control fundamentals.
4. Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, or APM PMQ certification.
5. CTS-I/D, Crestron DM-NAX, Q-SYS, or Dante certification.
6. Familiarity with CDM 2015 and JCT/NEC contract forms.
7. Experience working in live events or broadcast studios.
8. Proficiency with Smartsheet, Procore, or similar PMIS.
