This is an incredible opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding live events, installations, and hybrid/virtual experiences for globally recognised brands.

About the Role

As the AV Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to on-site delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll work across sound, video, lighting, scenic, and staging, collaborating closely with producers, designers, and technical teams to bring creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of technical production, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and on-site delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Develop technical specifications, equipment lists, and detailed production schedules.
• On-Site Management: Lead crews during rigging, showtime, and de-rigging phases, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to meet client expectations, resolve challenges, and deliver high-quality results.
• Health & Safety: Create risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel: Regular travel to client locations in the UK and internationally.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• Previous technical experience in live events, ideally in lighting, audio, or video.
• Background in corporate events is a plus.
• Familiarity with health & safety in project management.
