An established industry player is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to enhance the customer experience at key sites. This role involves working closely with the AV Team to provide exceptional support for conferences and events. You will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly for users and customers. Salary Package: Competitive base salary, company van, overtime, two volunteer days per year, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Hours: Flexible hours, Monday – Friday, typically from am to pm.
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time.
Interview Process: Two-stage process.
The Onsite Support Engineer plays a crucial role in providing additional support at Warton and Samlesbury Sites alongside the existing AV Team. The position is based at Warton and involves working with the AV Team on conference and event support, as well as collaborating with Visavvi Onsite Service and Installation teams.
The individual will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assisting Visavvi On-Site Service and Installation Engineers to enhance the customer experience from the AV Department.
Must reside within the Preston / Blackpool area to ensure prompt support for onsite clients.
