THE COMPANY

Join a highly regarded technical production company specializing in live events, working closely with high-profile clients to deliver AV solutions for conferences, meetings, award ceremonies, product launches, and exhibitions across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

Seeking a client-facing AV Manager to lead technical production at a premium Cheshire venue. Reporting to senior management, responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting venue show rounds
  2. Advising on technical equipment
  3. Cross-selling and upselling technical services
  4. Creating technical specifications for events
  5. Preparing, delivering, and rigging equipment on-site
  6. On-site operation when required
  7. Supervising junior and freelance staff
  8. Ensuring health and safety compliance

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will possess excellent client-facing skills, be enthusiastic about upselling AV services, and capable of guiding clients through technical aspects of their events. Experience in line management is advantageous. Full training will be provided, and junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
