Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AV Manager to oversee audiovisual operations for events and conferences. This role involves managing technical staff, coordinating equipment setups, and ensuring high-quality audio and visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of audiovisual operations for events.
2. Coordinate with clients to understand their AV needs.
3. Supervise the setup and operation of audio and visual equipment.
4. Train and lead technical staff.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in audiovisual management.
2. Strong understanding of sound, visual, and audio systems.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
