AV Junior Project Manager

Coventry

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, bonuses, private healthcare, mobile, laptop, pension.

08:00 - 17:30 | Monday - Friday

Job Purpose Summary:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be deeply involved in the delivery of AV installation projects across education and commercial environments, providing administrative and logistics support to Technical Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery
  2. Maintain asset registers and update O&M (Operations & Maintenance) manuals
  3. Liaise with install managers and check kit has arrived on-site
  4. Assist with project paperwork and documentation
  5. Conduct site visits and client meetings
  6. Assist with project handovers and sign-offs
  7. Coordinate logistics for projects
Qualities and Skills Required:
  1. Previous experience in the AV industry is essential
  2. Prior experience as an AV Engineer, Project Coordinator or similar would be highly beneficial.
  3. Strong administrative and organisational skills
  4. Good technical knowledge of AV systems is preferred but not essential
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  6. Full UK Driving Licence
  7. Full right to work in the UK
Qualities and Skills Preferred:
  1. A Full UK Driving Licence would be preferred but isn't essential
  2. CTS certification
  3. Manufacturer certificates in any of the above control systems or DSPs.
Package:
  1. Salary between £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
  2. Bonuses paid twice a year
  3. Private healthcare available after 1 year of service
  4. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
