Zenithis hiring an AV Investment Director to lead AV strategy and buying across a cluster of major clients - including Very, Coty, and other exciting household names.
This is a senior leadership role in a dynamic, collaborative team where you’ll oversee delivery across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema. You’ll help drive innovation, secure maximum value from partners, and lead a team of AV specialists to deliver best-in-class work.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead AV investment strategy, planning, and buying across a portfolio of high-profile clients
Manage and develop a team of AV planners and buyers, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback
Collaborate with media planners to shape integrated responses to client briefs
Negotiate with media owners to secure optimal value and innovation for campaigns
Own client relationships for AV, acting as a senior point of contact and strategic advisor
Oversee financial and audit processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Monitor AV market trends and audience insights to keep strategies sharp and future-focused
What you’ll bring:
Extensive experience in AV planning and buying across all major channels (TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, Cinema)
Proven leadership of teams and strong people development skills
Confident managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of UK media trading and audit environments
A commercial mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to challenge the status quo
