AV Installation Engineer
Location: Slough (covering London and the Home Counties)
Salary: 40,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

A well-established and growing AV integration company is currently seeking an experienced AV Installation Engineer to join their team. Specialising in delivering high-quality audio-visual solutions across commercial and high-end residential projects, this company is known for its technical excellence and client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of AV systems, including displays, control systems, speakers, video conferencing, and home automation setups

  • Rack building, cable management, and terminations

  • Working from AV drawings and technical schematics

  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of installations

  • On-site troubleshooting and problem-solving

  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar AV installation role

  • Strong technical understanding of AV equipment and systems (e.g. Crestron, Control4, AMX, Extron)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • ECS/CSCS card

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
