AV Installation Engineer
Location: Slough (covering London and the Home Counties)
Salary: 40,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of AV systems, including displays, control systems, speakers, video conferencing, and home automation setups
Rack building, cable management, and terminations
Working from AV drawings and technical schematics
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of installations
On-site troubleshooting and problem-solving
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar AV installation role
Strong technical understanding of AV equipment and systems (e.g. Crestron, Control4, AMX, Extron)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ECS/CSCS card
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
