Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporter les systèmes AV et domotiques pour les clients.
• Gérer les installations AV avec des entrepreneurs et des intégrateurs.
• Offrir un soutien exceptionnel aux individus UHNW.

Skills

Expérience pratique avec la technologie AV/domotique

Connaissances solides de Crestron, Control4, Savant, Apple HomeKit

Confiance avec les outils Cisco AV et de visioconférence

Responsibilities:

• Supporting AV & smart home systems (Crestron, Control4, Savant, Apple HomeKit)
• Integrating voice control (Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant)
• Managing AV installations with contractors & integrators
• Providing onsite & remote support for AV setups and Cisco conferencing systems
• Ensuring flawless performance across multiple properties
• Delivering exceptional service to UHNW individuals

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with AV/home automation tech
• Strong knowledge of Crestron, Control4, Savant, Apple HomeKit
• Confident with Cisco AV and video conferencing tools
• A polished, discreet approach to supporting VIPs
• Ability to travel between London and remote sites

Nice to Have:

• AV system certifications (e.g. Crestron Certified)
• Experience with UHNW/residential AV installs
• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support
