Job summary

Onyx-Conseil in Swansea is seeking an AV Engineer to lead nationwide AV/IT installation projects. You will travel across the UK with a team of engineers, delivering networking, servers, switches, cabling and system installations while maintaining high technical standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to project delivery, and advance your leadership and technical skills in a well-established company that values training, progression and staff wellbeing.

In this role, you will travel across the UK alongside a team of engineers, delivering AV and IT projects involving networking, servers, switches, system installations, and cabling. You will also act as a mentor to junior engineers, supporting their development and contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment. This position offers the opportunity to showcase leadership skills while remaining hands‑on with cutting-edge technology.

The Role:

• Travel across the UK delivering AV and IT installation projects
