Job summary

Mindshare in London is seeking an Account Executive to support the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering AV campaigns across TV, video, radio and cinema. You will book and monitor campaigns, coordinate with media owners, and maintain strong client relationships to maximise value for our clients.

The role requires strong numeracy, fluency with AV tools, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• A high degree of numeracy and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of all AV media.
• Assist in day-to-day AV campaign management to meet client objectives and KPI’s.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of AV media, including scheduling, optimisation, and reporting.
• Learn and demonstrate understanding of AV tools—Media Ocean, Caria, TechEdge.
• Seek innovative media solutions to drive growth and deliver campaign results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated client services.
