Job Title: AutoRek Business Analyst
Location: London (Fully On-site)
Salary/Rate: £350 (Inside IR35)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Senior Consultant level) to support the successful delivery of AutoRek's Professional Services implementations. You will play a key role in designing client solutions, aligning them to requirements, and supporting delivery across multiple projects in a matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day support for AutoRek financial solution implementations.

• Facilitate workshops and perform high-level estimation during discovery phases.

• Gather and document client requirements and As-Is processes.

• Design detailed To-Be solutions aligned with client needs.

• Collaborate with Development, Test, and Project Management teams to agree on solution design, delivery timelines, and implementation plans.

• Act as the customer advocate during development, ensuring alignment to agreed scope.

• Identify and manage scope deviations and raise appropriate change requests.

• Support acceptance testing, including triage and defect analysis.

• Maintain clear communication through regular status meetings and documentation of key actions, risks, and issues.

• Guide and motivate team members to deliver high-quality work in the best interest of the client and AutoRek.

• Resolve client queries and escalate issues where necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
