Job summary

FPMR Ltd is seeking a proactive Accommodation Manager to oversee a modern, fully occupied student accommodation scheme in West London. You will own the site, lead a small on‑site team, and ensure an outstanding resident experience with high standards of service and presentation.

You will work closely with residents, contractors and stakeholders to manage day‑to‑day operations, occupancy, and compliance while driving value and a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential, PBSA, BTR, hospitality or similar customer‑facing environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing contractors.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident working independently and making on‑site decisions.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operation of a student accommodation scheme
• Lead and support a close‑knit on‑site team
• Deliver an excellent resident experience and respond to queries
• Drive occupancy through property viewings and strong customer service
• Build relationships with residents, universities, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor occupancy, arrears, customer satisfaction, and compliance performance
• Coordinate maintenance works and ensure the property is safe, compliant, and well‑presented
