Oxa is seeking a hands-on engineer to support autonomous vehicle project delivery across ports, airports and industrial yards, with field work and remote development. The role involves domestic and international travel and on-site presence in Oxford 2–3 days per week.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track, and identify gaps to improve features and processes in a hybrid environment.

• Able to explain complex issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, multi-site environment.

Responsabilités

• Support autonomous vehicle project delivery across ports, airports and industrial yards, including field tests and travel.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define requirements and bridge gaps in functionality or processes.
• Identify gaps and contribute to developing new features and improved workflows while balancing short- and long-term needs.
