Archangel Autonomy in Oxford is seeking a dedicated Controls System Engineer passionate about drone technology. You will support the design and delivery of our UXV navigation platform, enhancing autonomy in various environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of control systems, state estimation, guidance, and control.
• Experience with simulation of complex dynamic systems.
• Strong understanding of sensor fusion and navigation (EKF).
• Knowledge of a scripting language (preferably Python).
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a logical approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement control systems for UXV navigation and control.
• Set up models and tools for rapid design and validation.
• Continuously improve related systems and tools.
