JMS in the UK is seeking a senior structural/civil engineer to lead design on varied projects from residential to commercial. You will balance client conversations with technical decisions to deliver viable schemes.

You will manage your own workload and team with mentorship from experienced engineers, applying practical judgment to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 4+ years UK design experience in civil/structural projects.
• Working toward Chartership is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and practical mindset.
• Clear, practical communicator who can take the lead.

• Deliver designs that get built across a varied portfolio.
• Engage with clients, architects and contractors to guide decisions.
• Lead your own team and manage workload with support from senior engineers.
