NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an autonomous specialist Occupational Therapist to manage a complex caseload across hospital and community settings. You will provide supervision to OT staff and students and offer specialist clinical intervention and consultation.

The role requires HCPC registration, degree level, and driving licence, with a strong emphasis on clinical governance and patient-centered care across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered occupational therapist.
• Educated to degree level.
• Postgraduate expertise within speciality.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines in the speciality.
• Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage own specialist caseload using evidence-based practice.
• Provide day to day supervision for OT staff and students.
• Provide specialist clinical intervention and consultation to OT staff and other disciplines.
• Work as autonomous specialist practitioner with a complex caseload.
• Be specialist in defined clinical area.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency framework.
