TSR Legal in Cheltenham is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join the residential team. You will independently progress matters while supporting a senior fee earner and handling a varied caseload.

With 2–4 years' experience, you will manage client communications, draft correspondence, review title documents and searches, and ensure timely exchange and completion. This role offers autonomy within a professional environment and clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting a senior fee earner or solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of title documents, searches, exchanges and completions.

Responsibilities

• Independently progressing residential conveyancing matters
• Supporting a senior fee earner with a varied caseload
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property matters
• Managing client communication and providing regular updates
• Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Reviewing title documentation and searches
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Managing exchange and completion requirements
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within required timescales
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
• Assisting with post-completion requirements
• Identifying issues and escalating appropriately
• Providing a high level of client service throughout the conveyancing process
