Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for a growing roofing contractor in Tipton, West Midlands. You will manage day-to-day delivery of roofing projects, coordinating labour, materials and site teams while maintaining strong client relationships and reporting to Directors.

This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced Contracts Manager or Roofing Site/Project Manager looking to take the next step. You will own your workload and help shape the future growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Contracts, Project or Site Management experience within construction.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Able to work independently and take genuine ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple roofing projects across the West Midlands.
• Coordinating labour, Site Managers, materials and project programmes.
• Carrying out site inspections and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Taking ownership of project delivery, workload and day-to-day operations.
