You will work with experienced researchers, engineers, and traders, focusing on alpha generation and risk control while scaling your edge on a global platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience trading European or US power markets.
• Proven track record in systematic or quantitatively driven power trading.
• Strong understanding of power market fundamentals, market microstructure, and quantitative modelling.
• Demonstrable experience developing or running profitable trading strategies.
• Candidates with an existing strategy they are looking to scale are encouraged to apply.
• Strong quantitative background with proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience working with large datasets, statistical analysis, and model development.
• Excellent risk management and analytical skills.
